MEET THE TEAM
Emma
Emma is our visionary founder who dared to create the UK’s first free-running daycare – long before doggy daycare’s were a thing. She went on to create Dogs 4 Rescue, the UK’s pioneering kennel-free rescue, and today we are one big family. Nothing gives Emma more pleasure than seeing dogs she rescued waltz through the doors of Daycare. When our lease wasn’t being renewed Emma personally took on a huge mortgage to buy our amazing new home, all so we could continue to be there for our Daycare family.
Charlotte
Charlotte is a Team Leader with a special interest in dog training. She has been with us for 7 years and naturally shone as everyone’s ‘go to’ for training advice. She has degree in canine behaviour and training, and another in canine clinical behaviour and has helped many a dog surprise their parents with their ability to lean new things. Charlotte adopted Lulu and Cindy from Dogs 4 Rescue and has played a special role in the rehabilitation of rescue dogs at Daycare. She is also a Canine First Aider.
Ellie

Responsibilities.
She has two dogs Barney the cockapoo and Zico a terrier mix. On her days off she often takes one of the rescue dogs for a day out to help with their rehabilitation.
Hannah
Hannah is a Team Leader with special responsibilities for admin and running our control room. She books dogs in and out, manning the phone and emails and sending daily photos to customers. With us for 7 years she is fantastic with puppies, an ace at grooming and is behind many of the photos where you ask ‘how did you get them to do that?!’ She is mum to Ivy the Rottie and Rock, a loveable mastiff cross adopted from Dogs 4 Rescue.
Hannah holds a diplomas in Animal Care and Management, Professional Dog Groomer L3, and Canine First Aid L2
Mia
Experience: worked with a dog groomer at 16, college work placement in a RSPCA vets, rescue and now daycare
Qualifications: Bsc Animal Behaviour & Welfare

Luke
* Started working at daycare in October 2023
* Also work at rescue world once a week
* Canine first aid certificate, IMDT level 3 dog behaviour, IMDT canine body language certificate, 40+ hours CPD courses
* Have a 2 year old staffy Dotty
* Passionate about helping rescue dogs
* Don’t really have a favourite breed I love them all, but definitely have a soft spot for the bullies
Joel
Over 10 years of experience working with a wide range of both exotic and domesticated animals.
Qualifications include – Degree in Animal Management with Conservation.
And
Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, behaviour and welfare.
Been here at Daycare 4 Dogs since 2023.
Enjoys keeping your pooches happy and safe.
Highlight of the day is doing enrichment sessions and group play with the dogs, also taking pictures!
I enjoy seeing our dogs building confidence, socialising and having a great time at daycare!

Holly
I’m holly, I’m 24 and I’ve worked with dogs for 3 years, from being a dog handler in a daycare to being a self employed dog walker. I also hold a certificate in canine first aid and CPR. Working with dogs is my passion and I love every part of it!
It’s a blessing seeing and working with such amazing and inspirational dogs each day.
I definitely hold a special place in my heart for greyhounds and sight hounds in general!

I’m Madi, an 18 year old dog handler, who has been here since 6th May. I am qualified in animal management level 2 and canine first aid level 2.
I have a cockapoo called Mabel.
My favourite breed is labrador as they’re both fun and love a cuddle my favourite thing to do with the dogs would be pictures and activities

I worked at another daycare for a year before Daycare4dogs.
Fave thing is boarding at doggy hotel & Halloween. & my favourite dog breed is rescue.
